When NCFlex coverage is lost due to retirement, termination of employment or other losses of eligibility, employees and covered dependents may continue certain benefits.

Please note that this is time-sensitive, as applications to continue coverage must be submitted within 31 days of the termination date listed on the continuation letter you received.
